The OG of Irish gym equipment companies, the diameter is slightly smaller than standard plates which works great when loading a DL if you use a bumper first, also gives a lower pickup point. The tri grip design makes them a pleasure to move around the gym and helps when using as an off bar weight, for example shrugs

My friend has one in his gym and I love using it, I fear geting one as I would never fold it away and it would become a shelf for storage and then probably get less used

This one I made id from wood, but I'm currently in the process of making somthing similar with the REP utility seat. I find that stand alone reverse hypers become gym storage shelves, so this takes up less space and works perfectly

I was contemplating buying this to see if it would have a use in boxing training. I got to use it in Rogue HQ, its built like a tank, a spring behind the torso, but I'm not sure hour hard I'd go at it with a Monster rack in the back as a crash pad, the concept seems good but the practical use isn't there.

Great bar, have both this and the Rogue and find myself using this more, thick handles with passive knurl, work nicely for pressing and rowing movements. Quality is good and has a very similar feel to the Kabuki one.

After seeing the US stocker that supplies this in red i went on the hunt for the Chinese manufacturer as it was the only way I could get it in Ireland. I had never been through the Alibaba process, theres a lot of back and forth but they go over and beyond, custom logos and colour. The US company has fine tuned this, relayed updates back to the manufacturer, they then sell theres with these changes, kinda unfair. But all in all the quality of the unit is great and have no regrets, although it is big

Material is good and has held up well over years of use

Something you definitely don't need, but when you use them they add an element of fun to your training
