Whilst at the REP Fitness UK launch I got to try this out in the Showroom, It felt nice, but the set up seems quite cumbersome, it also requires a lot of space infront of your lat tower if you want to connect it to use the cable set up. I have had the Powertec Bench with Leg Ext/Curl for the last 12 years, this is worlds apart. I didn't buy it but since REP annownced the REP x Dialed Motion Leg Day bench attachment which is due later this year, I would hold off to see that first before buying.

Whilst at the REP Fitness UK launch I got to try this out in the Showroom, It felt great, knurling and curves so I had to buy it. Using it the last 2 weeks and it feels nice, smooth rotation, balanced. The bends aren't too deep, this may not suit some people

I have an old version, although I don't think anything has changed since then. Its well balanced and the knurling is OK, nothing great.

Whilst it gets the job done I find myself using the 5.11 Trainer more often, i find the shoulder pads better, but this is good for short workouts

I use this rope set up to simulate a endless rope, although it does end, but its a cheap work around. The loops are for climbing and can be moved around the rack to change resistance and direction of pull

A must for a home gym, for deadlift off and for any raised movement, even weighted step ups

Whilst I now have a lat machine I still find myself going back to use my simple diy pully (climbing rope & pully) for many movements in particular face pulls
