You’ll likely see this mentioned alongside bars like the EliteFTS SS Yoke Bar & for good reason. This bar is balanced, has good padding & is really enjoyable to lift with. The small details such as the knurled handles really give it more of a “premium” feel. It’s a PITA to store as all SSB’s are, but regardless this should be considered a #2 / #3 bar in your rotation.

tough to critique these for the cost - we all know they’re a ripoff of Eleiko’s Oppen collars but they work really well, are quick to take on & off & include a magnet for easy storing. I’d recommend buying these if you’re in the market for collars

Overall a really solid dumbbell - extremely durable and don’t have many concerns about longevity. The cradle is a bit difficult to dial in and if it isn’t, the dumbbells won’t adjust properly which I continued to mess with the first week or two of use. I prefer the cage-less design & of the dumbbells that go up to 100+ pounds this one is tough to beat. I think it’s a great option if you’re somewhere in that Nuobell, Powerblock etc. price range. I don’t foresee replacing these any time soon.

Definitely not a small unit but one of the better combo options in the price range. The range of motion on the leg press is a non-issue. The hack squat takes some adjusting, but you can definitely get a solid range of motion. To do so, I’ve noticed it does put some additional strain on the knees but it’s manageable. If I could recommend a few fixes it would be a longer back pad for hack squats and not an outrageously long shoulder pad. I’ve actually found I have less issue with my mechanics taking the back pad off entirely while doing hack squats. All that said, it is built like a tank and i feel like I can absolutely justify the space it takes up.

One of the better budget pieces if you have space for a dedicated leg extension / curl combo. A few elements feel “budget” - there’s some play in the back pad when doing either movement. There’s also some deflection in the leg roller (albeit slight) but it’s not perfect & I can’t speak to the longevity. That said, at the ~$400 price-point it checks a lot of boxes. The added pulley system keeps the resistance consistent which I had been missing with an older lever based unit. I don’t think you regret this purchase when you consider what you’re paying & how well it functions.

I tried to settle for less and ended up selling my budget rack for this RM-3. A lot of the usual comments & commentary apply to this rack - it’s overbuilt, pricey & probably more than anyone will need but there’s something so satisfying about lifting in it. It’s built incredibly well & will probably outlast me with minimal wear. Wouldn’t say it’s a necessity but if your training is often out of a rack.. you really can’t go wrong.
