Hot trash of an item. Sold them for pennies on the dollar after trying to incorporate these into my program. They don't work with most adjustable dumbbells. Uncomfortable. Awkward. Better off with a glute ham roller and some wedges.

They don't call this the humbler for no reason. I've used this machine at multiple gyms and would love to have a similar piece of equipment if I had the space.

These are plates are both smooth and easy to grip. Very premium feel and appearance. The main watch out is that the tighter center hole size will make these plates incompatible with certain pieces of equipment like cheaper loading pins.

I've used this axle a number of times. The finish holds chalk nicely. It has a noticeably thinner feel at 1.9" vs a full 2" axle. The lack of a true center marking is pretty frustrating given the price. A hand-placed off-center sticker doesn't really scream premium in the way the price tag does.

I used to have a set up to 60s but sold everything above 30 to help pay for my repin adjustable DBs. These are fine DBs that serve their purpose. The handle shape is honestly pretty comfortable though the knurling is merely a suggestion. It's like someone whispered the word knurling while they were produced and they called it a day.

There's simply no better way to maintain your barbells than this brush. Borderline inexcusable to not have one in your gym. Legal disclosure: I am the official glute model for this company

Definitely a challenging grip implement. Probably only recommended if you'll be competing in a grip event with this type of piece. Feels criminally underpriced given the free shipping and included carabiner.
