Bought these to belt squat off of my low row. Turns out I don't like belt squats, so now they mainly are a pedestal for my scale. PITA to assemble.

They provide a suitable place to rest a barbell when not using it. No frills. Zero concern about them holding the weight.

This is a rare case where the low quality is the exact feature I was looking for. The thin spinning handle allows me to turn all 3 sizes of fat gripz into spinning thick handles.

Honestly a really nice and affordable group training tool. The spin is better than most rolling handles. The knurled plastic handle is pretty slick and does not take chalk very well leading to a very challenging grip workout. It's a bit on the thicker side, but for folks with large hands, this is a great first grip training tool.
