These are a very expensive fix for a problem I didn't have....all my plates live on one of two weight trees...but during squat workouts plates are removed for a set then put back on the bar for the following set...so having these save a few seconds every Tuesday...also my Stray Dog change plate holder has 3 pegs. And kilo plates have 4 change plates..So....needed one there too...its really a good thing my wife doesn't check gym expenses....

This strap was purchased to replace the one that came with my Titan...as far as I'm concerned Spud straps should come with every reverse hyper...this strap is nearly 2 years old and looks and feels brand new...minus the dirt from living in a garage gym...if it ever wears out I will purchase another one without hesitation...

Decent enough attachment...and the ability to do curls with my wife or kids with a quick pin pull is a big plus...its the basic curl bar every gym has...but in selectorized instead of plate loaded...

Wanted an economical bench for incline DB work...the choice was between Titan and Rep...Well,, Titan was having a sale and was the better deal at the moment...its a very sturdy bench with a full welded frame, assembly was minimal and took all of 10 minutes...The vinyl is grippy but not overly so...after almost a year of use the powder coat is still in great shape and the red anodized parts are a nice touch....had there not been a sale I probably would have gone with the Rep but I have no regrets with this purchase.

Other than my wedding day and the birth of my children the day my gym became a certified training facility is the best moment of my life...If the sinking of the Edmond Fitzgerald or Pearl Harbor had a polar opposite it would be having your gym certified....Thank you Massenomics for judging me worthy.

Have the 20kilo Ohio bar in stainless...I love this bar...the knurling is perfect for benching...the only issue I had with this bar was squat walk outs in my rack that problem was fixed with the purchase of this bars big brother the 32mm Squat bar....No bar is perfect but this is damn close...

Made the switch from pin and pipe years ago and it was definitely one of my better decisions. The straps have a little give when you 1st hit them so it doesn't impede your squat if one side hits a strap. They are a little expensive for what they are but, they are built to last...The Monster straps fit my EliteFTS 3x3 perfectly.
