I made my platform the size of two horse stall mats, because it’s much easier to cut wood than a horse stall mat. I like the smaller size I’m not Olympic lifting and the wood gives a touch of brightness to the gym.
This sits coiled up behind my leg extension. I I need to try to get it out. Maybe my kids will play with it but for now it’s just chilling. I’ll probably never use it.
I bought this when I tweaked my shoulder a while back, now it helps me when I want to do some forced reps after my main set. I’m probably not utilizing it as well as I should.
I got mine used from an old CrossFit gym that was going out of business. I have some other rubber hex dumbbells and I can’t tell the difference (besides branding)
