10mm Stacked Weight Pin
The Stacked Weight Pin is a revolutionary weight pin that allows you to add additional Olympic weight plates to any selectorized machine. The 10mm pin is a full 10″ or 9.65" long steel rod surrounded by another 2″ of steel for a super strong, sturdy hold for additional plates. Magnets at the base of the pin provide 21 pounds of pull to keep the pin attached to the weight stack. The Stacked Weight Pin is unique in that it is a 3-in-1 pin. It acts as an adder weight, offers micro adjustments, and allows for max stack capabilities.

Love these! They are solid and fit my FT2 stack perfectly. I have had their selector pins for ages now and decided to come back to them for these stacked weight pins. I opted for the weaker 21lb magnet pull strength because any stronger doesn’t add any benefit for my use, but makes removal more “labor intensive” - unnecessarily so. The are superbly made.

It’s a study, good gym pin (I got the smaller option)
The stainless finish isn’t the best, as mine rusted within a week of getting it, but I mostly blame that on the humid Alabama weather

Another great product from Bare Steel. Works like a charm for when you need to add additional weight to your stack. Great for loading in between plates, or getting your big boy pants on and loading up a 45lb plate. That’s all I’d recommend, however, before this starts to angle down and come off the stack.

Bare Steel makes super high quality products. I did buy my lat tower pin in cerakote but it is an expensive option. I have good luck just painting them myself. This 2.5 pound pin allow for increments between the 10 pound jumps on my later tower. Strong magnet.

Like others said you can get cheaper ones but these are built to last and aren’t budging while in use. Hard to go wrong with supporting companies that are part of the community. Protect yourself out there.

I really like this piece. The magnet that contacts your weight stack is really strong, but not so strong it's a struggle to take off. The only word of advice I would give is that this is bare steel. It's in the name, but I spoke with the owner of the company at Home Gym Con and he said that people don't realize his stuff is actually bare steel, so if you're using in a garage setting, it's going to rust a little. I've had mine for over a year and the rust is minimal and doesn't bother me.

These are the only “gym pins” I have ever had or used. I’ve heard of the name brand Gym Pin breaking and didn’t realize other companies made these out of aluminum or cheap metals. The Bare Steel is not likely to break, it’s built to last, I’ve had these for years. The magnets are almost too strong. But I’d rather have a durable pin that’s hard to get off than a cheap one that falls off or breaks. Great stuff from Bare Steel.

Magnets might be too strong. I have put some material between them to dampen the effect. I have a difficult time getting it off with out use lots of force. I have jammed my fingers against my lat tower when I pull it off and it suddenly gives after giving a bunch of force.

These are my favorite brand for this type of equipment. Sure you can get cheaper ones but these are some slick made in USA with probably the strongest magnets out there. In fact, if you're weak, stop reading this review and go work out some more bc chances are you won't be able to unsheathe this mighty pin from your weight stack.
