Built on 96 ft² of stall mats in the corner of a garage, "96 Proof Strength" is a compact, strength-focused training space where every square foot serves a purpose. Equipment was intentionally curated to maximize versatility, functionality, and training value within a limited footprint. Some pieces reflect a "buy once, cry once" commitment to quality, while others were selected as practical budget options with a clear path toward future upgrades. The result is a no-frills training environment that delivers serious strength-training capability while still leaving enough room for the garage to do what it was designed for—parking a car.
