The Bainbox began as a 2020 wellness project with a plyo box, 2 pairs of dumbbells, and a horse stall mat. Over time it devolved into a mental illness of gym equipment purchases and renovations. I can quit whenever I want to. I just don't want to right now. You're not my real dad. Don't judge me.
