About the Gym

Thanks for checking out my page. I started Jacked Up Jeff’s Gym as a humble garage gym back in 2019 pre-Covid, then I got addicted to working out at home. After years of buying and selling gear, I decided to build a dedicated shed for my home gym which doubles as an office/ practice area for drumming. It’s fully air conditioned, has a TV and WIFI too. I’m to a spot now where I’m pretty happy with the layout and the final product, but you can never stop improving.
