About the Gym

Gym Lenz is a two car garage - Centerpiece is the Vesta 3in1, which I chose based on it being one of the only all-in-ones that were at the 86" height for my ceiling when i purchased in 2024. Plus I got it on a crazy black friday deal, and I am super happy with it so far. Still trying to figure out the best option for pulldowns - I'd love some opinions. Other than that, I try and keep this bay open for functional movement patterns. Recently expanded to the 2nd bay (with the wife's blessing) and picked up the ForceUSA leg press/hacksquat from Gluck on Fbook, and the GMWD LE08, which might be my fav piece I own! This space is my happy place, esp on a nice day with the game on and the doors open - nothing better!
