About the Gym

The gym started in 2015 with a Rogue Beater bar and a Cybex flat bench. It had a major evolution in 2017 picking up bumper plates, stall mates and a rack with the hope of building out a CrossFit gym. It expanded in 2020 with commercial gyms shutting down. It expanded into Strongman and All-Round Weightlifting in 2023.
