About the Gym
The gym started in 2015 with a Rogue Beater bar and a Cybex flat bench. It had a major evolution in 2017 picking up bumper plates, stall mats and a rack with the hope of building out a CrossFit gym. It expanded in 2020 with commercial gyms shutting down. It expanded into Grip, Strongman, and All-Round Weightlifting in 2023. In 2026 I have started downsizing, reducing the amount of plates, less often used CrossFit equipment and the majority of Strongman equipment (keeping some sandbags).
