Not bad if your wanting to dabble with grip training. We have a pair in Misfits but they don't get used often. I do occasionally throw them on some d-grip handles and use them for Cable flys.
I can see the value in using these for bench but for squats that don’t swing far enough and I have hit them on the way up many times. Also, they are a pain to put on. They don’t get used much in my commercial gym.
