I didn’t think I would like these as much as I do. If money and space was no issue, I would likely have these over regular dumbbells. I do not think they replace kettlebells. I also prefer these over CMBs, because of the handle shape.

Much better than typical circle bands you find in a rehab setting. More durable and easier to put on without having leg hair pulled. Good for warm-ups and various rehab/activation type activities.

This is the only abdominal machine I’ve ever used that I liked. It’s also old and I like old things. I would not recommend people to buy it unless they also like old things and have messed around with it. I feel that I overpaid for it and they are more expensive now. As for the movement, I feel my recuts contracting from top to bottom. I like to have a yoga block between my knees when performing the movement. As with all the nautilus equipment from this era, it’s overbuilt. A great abdominal piece for weird people that want those things and have the space.

A classic piece and built like a tank. Value is dinged because these things are super expensive now, take up a decent amount of space and do only one thing. I just happen to like that one thing. It’s also a stupid flex to my friends in the javelin community. They have a different feel to them from the traditional BB/DB pullover, where the weight doesn’t come off as you complete the movement. I have messed around with other pullover machines and these older Nautilus ones just feel better to me, both from a movement an fitting into the machine standpoint.

Best value add possible for a gym of any kind. The arduous process of getting certified is worth it.

A fun addition for messing around in between sets. My kids love it, and for them it’s likely bomb proof. At 230lbs I’m not sure how long it will last for me. Much more accessible option for this type of thing than a proper slack line.

I have been pleased with this for the two or so years I have had it. Use it about once a week and it allows me to train my neck in ways a traditional neck harness don’t. I have not used it attached to a door inside, and only attached to my rack with a band or a cable tower. It’s expensive for neck training and wish I could give it 3.5 stars for value.

I got these to use as a cable attachment but find I much prefer them as a grip tool. There a few cable exercises I enjoy, lat pulldown variations in particular. A good addition to the grip arsenal without question.
