Wish the weight horns were longer, where I could comfortably fit six 45’s per side. Material isn’t as heavy duty as some other, more commercial, brands but given the value it is no surprise. Overall happy with it, as my plates are off the floor.

I love this thing. Put one on a bench at work for the big boys and knew I had to have one for my old shoulders. Nice heavy duty foam, sticky vinyl and easy to attach to a variety of bench frames. Only potential downside is I now hate benching without it.

Ive had mine for almost 20yrs and they still work great. Not the easiest/quickest thing in the world to set up so that they’re even, but not that difficult either. The included loops for hanging from a pull up bar can be used for all kinds of things in a home gym. Be creative.

A good option for board pressing when you have no one around to hold boards for you. Mine has held up well to being used on bars with very aggressive center knurling.

I’m sure other brands sell the exact same bands. I’ve been buying my bands from elitefts since they were called jump stretch bands. I will continue to do so. They hold up well to use both in my home gym and at work.

I didn’t think I would like these as much as I do. If money and space was no issue, I would likely have these over regular dumbbells. I do not think they replace kettlebells. I also prefer these over CMBs, because of the handle shape.

Much better than typical circle bands you find in a rehab setting. More durable and easier to put on without having leg hair pulled. Good for warm-ups and various rehab/activation type activities.

This is the only abdominal machine I’ve ever used that I liked. It’s also old and I like old things. I would not recommend people to buy it unless they also like old things and have messed around with it. I feel that I overpaid for it and they are more expensive now. As for the movement, I feel my recuts contracting from top to bottom. I like to have a yoga block between my knees when performing the movement. As with all the nautilus equipment from this era, it’s overbuilt. A great abdominal piece for weird people that want those things and have the space.
