For me, in a seated chest supported row, this thing is great. Provides a nice amount of variety and a pretty good strength curve in a fantastic foot print. It’s expensive but all commercial gym equipment is.

Best thing from Titan as far as I can tell. If you like squatting and want to unload the spine this is the piece. Never liked lever based belt squats and cable ones I always felt were just ok. Perfect for a home gym with the head room as the foot print is small and it is not a plate hog like the pit shark.

Look, it’s not an Eleiko, but for the price, I’d buy these over an Eleiko for training purposes. I have no complaints. Eleiko knurling feels better to me, but this thing is sweet. I even got a boneyard version that looks fine to me. Good spin, good whip, A- knurling.

Good all purpose power bar. I prefer a Texas power bar personally, but I got this at about the same price when I bought my rack. No complaints. Just prefer the knurling and feel of the Texas bar. But only by a little. It’s held up well to why Ive put it through.

Bought this out of the boneyard for my girls to learn weightlifting. Spins ok, knurling is too passive. Boneyard value is great however. Good bar to learn with and not spend a ton on a proper weightlifting bar.

Built well as expected from Elite. Personally feel like bands are needed to make it feel best, strength curve on something like this being what it is. Jump in price of the simpler model is more than it should be, but given I can do seal rows, various types of leg curls and leg extensions, it checks the boxes I need.

Great balance, great pad. It’s easier than the old crepinsink (spelling) version, but still has the same tendency to challenge your posture and upper back. Nothing but positives from me on this

Nice adjustable mace. Not much else to say. The “nut” that holds the weight in place can come loose but I’m weak enough that there is enough room on the mace that it hasn’t been an issue.
