This style of box is great for things like step ups or high box squats, but I definitely wouldn't use them for box jumps if you have any regard for your shins
Not the biggest fan of the camber being so wide on this. You're pretty much limited to a pinkys on the rings width for grip, and if tour bench grip is closer than that you'll be inside the camber
Generally not a machine that men use, but I sure did after some hip surgeries to get my hips and glutes functioning again and it worked very well for getting strength back and being able to isolate it
Generic dumbells that everyone makes and sells with nothing special about them. Fine for beginners but they get way too big as they get heavy, and the handles/knurling generally isnt good
I think women typically only like this machine/movement. I don't think it carries over well at all to any main lifting movements, and the desired affect of the machine I think can be accomplished better with other movements. I've been a member at several gyms with this now and have yet to see a guy use it
Expensive, large footprint, and not very versatile. You could really replicate this with a landmine, good attachments, and a couple extra minutes of setup and save yourself a bunch of money
