Super helpful on a functional trainer in case you put something on backwards and don't want to take it off again to fix it. It also just makes movements much smoother

Very generic dumbells that everyone makes. Way too big as they get heavier, and the handles don't have full knurling. Fine for beginners

Black widow makes great stuff. This would be a great option for bench as well, getting the training stimulus of a fat grip bar plus extra range of motion, plus the camber being close enough that you could close grip bench with it as well

These would only be useful for single arm rows or meadows rows. Would be great if that's all you wanted it for, but not a whole lot of versatility

A great option for overhead presses and tricep work. Big fan of swiss bar designs with the center cut out so you can get your head through it

These were on most of the platforms I used at ATP gym. Much better quality and much more grippy than horse stall mats, and they all fit together very nicely leaving no cracks in between

I've used a much older version of the one pictured recently, and it was good. Not exceptional like some nautilus stuff. There weren't a whole lot of available adjustments on it to really fine tune the rowing angle

Name a better way to strengthen your grip than by hanging onto some smooth black balls. In all seriousness they work great and are a nice cheap pullup variation for additional grip work
