Really nice quality bar that I've used a bunch in the past. The knurling is still great either way the cerakote and it makes it fit in nicely with whatever color vibe the gym is

My wife liked this a lot for when she does olympic lifts. Our old gym owner was nice enough to get it when she asked and she used it all the time. Our ceiling height doesn't allow for Oly lifts at our home gym now unfortunately

This is a good back extension, nothing particularly special and it other than the name and the lip of the pad which reaches over the front which makes it more comfortable at the bottom position

Used this a lot recently in a commercial gym. Its a quality old school shoulder bench. The back pad is angled nicely and not completely horizontal which makes overhead pressing much more comfortable

I think for larger individuals or people that are just tighter in general, that this thing is rather gimmicky. The knobs are too soft to really dig into a certain trigger point. I still prefer a good hard PVC pipe and angling myself around it to hit whatever spot I need to

So I originally wanted to order these after my horse stall mat situation (see my review on TSC stall mats). I placed an order for around 30 4x6 mats (same size as stall mats) because the layout of my basement would have been too hard for me to figure out like 10 different length pieces and do a bunch of cutting if I got some long pieces, short pieces, etc. Fast forward about a week and they send me an email saying that their free shipping was no longer free because I ordered so much of it. Kinda lame that they didn't have a disclaimer in there but I get it. So sent them around $450 for shipping. Then another week later they email me "hey by any chance are you going to use this rubber gym flooring for a gym?" I said yes obviously. Then they told me that they could not guarantee that all of their mats would line up straight. They then said it would cost another $400 total for them to laser cut them straight. I told them I couldn't believe they were now wanting more money for them to do their job better. I then tried calling them several times, leaving messages, etc with no call back. I eventually got someone to respond to my email when I told them to cancel my order. They said it was canceled and being refunded. Well over a month went by and no refund, so I had to dispute it through my credit card company. Totally awful company
