These can be useful if you don't want to spend the time messing with a small feeder chain to set the heights of the chain. The rings aren't big enough to fit through the sleeve of a bar so they still need to be draped over it
I love my EliteFTS, but why they feel the need to add weight storage to every single thing is beyond me. Everything they build is quality, but they definitely make it hard to put anything in a home gym
Not sure why anyone would make weight plates that aren't round. Nothing against hammer strength personally here, but why would you limit people's ability to use these on certain lifts like deadlifts because of shape
I've used the plate loaded version of this and it was phenomenal. It's not too often you find a gym that has a standing leg curl, but if you do they are worth trying for a variation
Its a good solid bench, but I honestly think there's combo racks out there that feel better to bench on than this, and you can do more on them than just flat bench
A gym I've recently trained at had this. Matrix has quality commercial gym stuff. Never once saw it broken for as much as it was used every day. The seated row benches are positioned well and the lat pulldown seat is it a good height
A good, simple sled. Its nice that they welded the lips on it on the sides so it's easier to take the plates off. I've used this a lot for building the hips/quads
