Always a humbling cardio piece. Its a great tool for training athletes and building the glutes. You can also attach straps to it and drag it so you're training both directions

Its a great accessory piece that I enjoyed using. It puts a ton of good stress on the pecs and makes it easy to keep your elbows tucked inwards. The adjustable back pad can let you simulate an arch on a bench press, and the adjustable handle height can give you the feeling of an incline or decline bench

These are seen in almost every gym I've ever been to. I wouldn't trust them for anything more than body weight stuff or light dumbells. They're plastic and flimsy so you can feel them flex under you, and sometimes they don't lock into place and slide

Its pretty handy for doing split squats with dumbells, but I wouldn't use it for anything heavy. Ive managed to tip it over a couple times on accident

Still a great quality monolift that is always available in a declining market for them. But for only a couple hundred bucks more you can get the deluxe version with band pegs which is a huge plus for training
