These are basically the OG bands. People used to refer to band tension by their band colors and it all made sense. Now a "green band" with these can be confused by EliteFTS's step up from small mini bands. I've used these bands a lot and they always lasted a long time

A great warmup and strengthening tool. I utilized this a good amount recovering from 2 hip surgeries last summer. Its much more comfortable that a doubled mini band around your knees ripping your leg hairs out

It's a good quick option if you're doing split squats with dumbell, but I personally prefer something that goes from one side of the rack to the other, or something that can be centered in the middle of the rack in case I want to do split squats with a barbell. It's built well like everything from Rogue

My old gym had one. It got a crack down the middle on the inside of it after some time. It never fully split but made an audible loud pop every time you rolled over it. I didn't find it any more beneficial than going to Lowe's or Home Depot and buying a PVC pipe

My old gym had these and it was the most low effort way to put your bar away. I'm limited by ceiling height in my home gym or else I'd have a bunch of them

The quickest way to simulate block pulls which is super nice and easy. I just personally won't add them to my home gym vs having my deadlift mats because you're stuck at one mimumum height and they don't store well compared to other plates because of their height

I mostly used these on a prime lat pulldown machine. I personally just didn't find them any more useful than a regular d-handle or anything of the sort. It's rather gimmicky IMO. People like Mag grips because it's easier on grip, but you cant use straps for them if you go very heavy. A D handle on a carabiner still rotates like these would and you cant use straps use a strap on them

They're a good/cheap alternative for any kind of cable row/pullups on a bar. Super easy to get a good grip onto and to focus on whatever muscle you're intentending to hit versus your grip
