Its a super basic Axle bar and super cheap. There's just nothing special about it compared to others

I've used these a lot in my lifting career. While they look clean, I would not bank on them being accurate. Once upon a time I had squatted 705 for the day, It felt noticeably easier than other times. So I went through the liberty or weighing every single plate. Each plate weighed between 43 to 47lbs, so my alleged lift of 705 actually ended up being like 670ish that day. This is why Kilo's are important for your main lifts if you're able to

Same feedback from me about this as the half rack version. The holes for the J cups are spaced too far apart which is just too much

Great machine and movement for the triceps, but for the cost you can easily replicate this in a cable machine

Cheap, came within a day or two, and works as well as any $50 foam roller out there

Should have ended up ordering this one for the home gym vs the original version, but didn't want to stray from what I've used the most. Ive gotten to try this bar and it's definitely much easier on the wrists because there's less extra weight from the bar around the edges. The bar doesn't want to wobble front to back as much

They got the curve wrong on this bar. The majority of the "bend" is in the middle of the bar, and not even throughout, which is what makes it awkward. Because of that it would not be comfortable for any kind of pressing movements

A great machine for general hip strengthening. After having double hip surgeries a year ago this machine was super important to me and helped my recovery a lot
