I think this thing is pretty outdated by now. Its nice that it has weight storage on it, but the pad quality is terrible. The material is very slick and you can't really set your shoulders well on it. It's only good for flat benching, I think their combo rack would be more useful as its way better to bench on it and you could obviously squat out of it too

When I bought my power rack I originally was going to buy their rig that had this attached to the power rack. I just couldn't get over the assembly of it with that random cable running from the top to behind the seat pad. It seems so unnecessary. I went with the TSS lat pulldown and don't regret it

They work well just don't make any weird eye contact with people while using it

They are a decent idea, but if you have a decent amount of chain weight it can be cumbersome changing bar weight each set. You have to either unclip the chains from the collar and then take the collar off, and add bar weight, or take it all off at once. I still prefer the old school method of using a small feeder chain looped around the bar sleeve

Ive used this a lot when I went to commercial gyms. The platform itself is good and does the job fine, I just couldn't stand how the rubber tiles always moved and shifted which showed gaps between them. Those of us with OCD this creates a nightmare when trying to have the bar lined up nice and straight

I still need to hang mine up in the gym and use it, but I got the longer peg version and it seems very well built. It didn't include any mounting bolts or anything which im not surprised about

My old gym only had these plates for 45's. They look nice, sound cool, and are easy to move, but if you're strong you wont be able to fit more than 585-675 tops on the bar. They are just too damn wide

I always enjoy using this this as a warm up, especially on leg day. The seat does get a bit uncomfortable for me after 5-10 mins on it and the bike itself is kinda pricey for what it is
