Not a rack since there isn't quite an equipment category for this, nor is it completely DIY. Jerry Pritchett (the strongman/inventor of Rogue's Pritchett Pad has his own Metal Shop in Phoenix. He makes this piece called the Arm Blaster. You can get one by finding his IG "pritchettmetal" and shoot him a message for it. It was around $400 or so. This thing is the most useful forearm/grip piece ive found. It comes with 3 different attachments and you attach it right into your rack. You can also change the direction in which the handle goes, like vertical or horizontal. I mainly use this as a way to increase my forearm mobility so I can grab my underhand on my deadlift easier. Thi bigger I get the harder it is to open my hands up

I like it a lot. The back pad is pretty firm and the chain is nice and long

About the only piece I like from hoist. The tilting seat motion while pressing is actually beneficial to the bench and it allows you to get a better chest contraction. The stack is pretty light, as I was doing it for sets of 20. The seat adjustability is good so your hands get into the perfect spot

There's 2 of them together on my deadlift platform. Makes it look much cleaner without having a bunch of lines on it that seperate. On a side note, I wanted to use these as my main gym flooring. After ordering around 30 of them from tractor supply, thinking they were smooth tops like pictured on their website, they showed up with the diamond texture, which I absolutely did not want. I sent them back and found out Tractor Supply changed manufacturers of it and have no way of telling in their inventory if they're smooth tops or diamond textured, at least here on the east coast. I tried about 10 different stores from all surrounding states with no luck. Ended up going with rolled flooring and haven't looked back

I like this bar a ton for benching. It allows me to keep my hands in their normal position inside of the rings. Its also perfect for rowing too

Too overbuilt for its purpose. Its too heavy and really a pain to latch each side into the rack by yourself. Its great for doing things like rear foot elevated bulgarians with a barbell on your back because it goes from one side of the rack to the other

The most readily available and popular kilo plates you can buy. I went with the 2.0's, but have used these for years

When this first came out it pretty much blew away all other buffalo bars I ever used. The curve was more pronounced and uniform and it was just more comfortable. I always enjoyed benching with this bar as the camber forces your elbows into a more natural tucked position
