Awesome rack, assembly was fast and easy. EliteFTS was nice enough to make mine custom height so it fit into my basement. I probably should have asked for a straight pullup bar as im cutting it close height wise if I go full range. They forgot to send me the rear attachments for plate storage, but its fine since I wouldn't have had room for them anyways. I also was missing some bolts and nuts from my entire order from them in general so I did have to go to the hardware store and get some. They did make it right by sending me some free gear. Overall a great rack for the price

This thing is perfect for doing any kind of chest supported rows. Its just so much better than using an incline bench. The short pad allows you to roll the shoulders and chest forward towards the bottom and then to arch up as you pullto get more upper back involved. Its bulky and a pain to move around but still the best option

I was really struggling to find a good plate loaded pulldown that would 1) fit in my basement, 2) be smooth, and 3) still allow angood stretch at the top of the movement. This piece is surprisingly smooth and almost feels like a cable machine pulldown. I only wish the seat pad could go up and down (my short wife wanted this feature)

My favorite platform of them all. I bought purely because I get OCD when the mats on a deadlift platoon separate themselves apart, and there's a bunch of lines from each individual mat (Rogue's platform). This has just 1 line down the middle which makes it easy to keep the bar and my feet centered. Its also very well built

Incredibly well built as the updated adjustment system on it is super smooth. My only complaint is it takes up a ton of floor space

My favorite bar of all time. I don't even care that it's .5mm thinner than every other power bar. The knurling is aggressive, and the bar collars are larger than most bars so the plates never hit the uprights while unracking it.

The gold standard of deadlift bars. Always available, used by almost every fed, and always quality. The knurling can be rough at first but makes it easy to hang onto the bar. Good amount of whip which I describe as but not as extreme as a Kabuki (now illegal in almost every fed)

This bar is pretty much the standard of what you'll use if you compete outside of the USAPL/IPF. It still has some whip over 500ishlbs, but is still nice and sturdy where bar oscillation wont be a problem
