I prefer the build of the pros in most cases, the rails are thinner, the plates are urethane coated, and there is a bit of flex in them where these elites are welded, which don't take drops as well. Still for many people they like the quick changeability of them.

This is a nice dedicated bench with a few annoying flaws. Mostly the bench height is outside of comp standards. I wouldn't have as big of an issue if this wasn't called a competition bench.

Fit and finish on these are great. When paired with the Pepin plates you get a pro dumbbell feel in a very nice compact package.

These are my favorite standard style cup from Rogue. Big beefy and lots of UHMW. I owned the Monster version but the only real difference here is pin size and UHMW on the inside of the bracket.

These balls were "ok". I didn't care for the colors on mine tended to flatten a bit depending on how they were being used, but they worked well.

This is a great dip belt, the material doesn't dig in or damage your plates/dbs while in use. Very comfortable and easy to use.

This came in handy when mounting a pulley from a top crossmember easily. Also was good for other general storage.
