I would not have been able to progress my lifts had I not purchased these. I don't know why Rogue and other big brands sell these for an arm and a leg. Weight is weight, and especially something like a pair of 5 lb bumper plates shouldn't cost you a fortune.

I immediately replaced the carabineers that come with the belt from 2 inch ones to 3 inch ones, and the chain I replaced with a threaded daisy chain. But the belt itself is great, exactly what you need for weighted calf raises, dips, or pull ups.

10/10, a must-have for any home gym. Every time I deadlift I keep this just off to the side and use it each time I change the weight. It's worth so much more than what I paid, because it has saved me so much frustration from changing plates on a deadlift that I can't even put a price on it. Your back will thank you for getting this.

-Is this top quality craftsmanship? No. -Is it heavy? Yes. -Is it going to work for you? Yes. -Is it accurate? No... But should you care? Probably not. -For what you pay per pound it's definitely worth it, especially if you're getting them used.

If these solve a specific problem for you, the value is 10/10. Don't waste your money on the heavy duty ones that are short, you want length. Look up Yoga Stretching Straps that are 75"long, even the cheap simple ones have a loading capacity of 400 lbs

You can pretty much only get this used since they came out with an updated version that has better adjustment angles. Performance I rated low for this 1.0 version because of the angles which goes -12°, 0°(flat), 20°, 35°, 50°, 65°, 85°... Which, like, why didn't you make it just 45° you know? But it's a tank of an adjustable bench, at no point am I worried that it will fail when I load the bar super heavy. Value depends on how much you pay for this, but it has decline option which is always nice. I made mine stand upright when stored by using a random strap with a buckle.

The only thing these dumbbells DON'T do is quick-change between weights, and that only matters if you do supersets for every workout you do. These things are indestructible, compact, simple, and (most importantly) HEAVY. Definitely get the Heavy Handle Kit, it's so much better when doing heavy pressing. Pro tip: the Titan V2 Dumbbell Stand is a match made in heaven with IM Dumbbells, don't waste your money with the IM stand.

You probably only need two panels, but definitely need the "2-7/8 Reach Slotted Pegboard Hooks" from Wall Control. Also get the paper towel holder, that is so incredibly useful. And buy a generic pegboard peg collection of different hooks for cheap on Amazon, save you some money. !!!!!Pro tip: think outside of the panels. Bands can hang low, bars can extend past the edge of the panel. Use shelves on the bottom and actually hang stuff underneath them! I hate seeing posts where an entire panel only has like 3 hooks on it to hang a rope attachment and a bunch of belts... to me that's a waste of space. I tried cramming in every attachment and tool I own and I STILL have room on my panels.
