The handles are smooth and have a solid grip. The circumference isn’t bad at all—they don’t feel overly thick, but they still make your hands work a bit, which I actually like. I’ve really enjoyed using them for curls and tricep pressdowns. The only downside is that I have little baby hands, and I still find the handles to be a bit narrow. During certain movements, my knuckles tend to rub against the straps. Making the handle opening slightly longer would make these even better.

This attachment has a really nice feel in hand. The handle diameter hits a good middle ground: not too bulky, but not so thin that it feels cheap or uncomfortable. The knurling adds just the right amount of grip without tearing up your hands. It also has a good amount of weight to it, giving it that “you're just the current owner” feel. I’ve also been impressed with the range of motion I get from it, which makes the movements feel smooth and natural. Overall, it is a solid, well-made attachment that feels like it will hold up for years.

I really like the handle diameter on this bar. It feels comfortable in the hands without being too thick or too thin, and the knurling gives it a secure grip without feeling overly aggressive. It also has a solid heft to it, making it feel like one of those pieces of equipment that will outlast you. The price is a bit high compared to similar straight bars, and it would have been nice if it included a carabiner, but that is honestly just nitpicking. Overall, it feels well-built, durable, and great to use.

For a dip belt, this is definitely on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it. My biggest compliment is the comfort and support. The belt keeps your back supported, the weight secure, and the load properly positioned during weighted dips and pull-ups. I especially like the adjustable loop strap because it lets you control where the weight sits and how snug the belt feels. Compared to other belts I’ve used, this one does a much better job of preventing the weight from swinging, pulling you forward, or cutting into your groin area during heavier sets. I have not used it for sled pulls, so I cannot speak to that. My only real complaint is the carabiners. The hooks are a little sharp, and the loop material can get caught on them, which may cause small tears. It probably does not affect the belt’s integrity, but it is still frustrating on a premium product.

I bought these hoping and praying to God that they would fit my Rogue Monster storage rack and help space out my bumper plates. Unfortunately, they did not work with my storage rack, so I ended up having to return them. That said, they still seem like a good idea overall. The build quality felt solid, and the coating was the standard black powder coat. Nothing crazy or fancy, but perfectly fine and it looked like it would get the job done. I just wish they could have worked for my setup.

Here’s a polished version with better flow while keeping your voice and humor: There’s not much to say about this bar other than it just works — and honestly, that’s a compliment. The bar is about 30 mm thick, which I believe is around the same diameter as most standard pull-up bars. I also really like the old-school raw steel feel. It has a certain rawness to it and feels more porous and less slick compared to the powder-coated pull-up bars most companies use. The raw steel also gives it a really cool look. It has a metallic finish without being overly shiny, which fits the overall vibe really well. As for where it could be better, most standard pull-up bars are a little too thick for me, and this one falls into that same category. It is not so thick that I feel like I can’t get a good pull-up workout, but I also don’t feel like I’m going to hit a pull-up PR on it either. That said, if you have larger hands, or just don’t have baby hands like me, it will probably work great for you, and you may not even notice the thickness. Personally, I would have liked the bar to be slightly thinner in diameter. The second thing I would love to see is knurling. Adding knurling to this bar would take it from a great product to GOAT status. I’m sure that would add to the cost, but honestly, I think it would be totally worth it, and I’d be happy to pay more for that upgrade.

I’d strongly recommend these if you use attachments with straps or woven materials. Traditional carabiners tend to have sharp edges that snag and tear fabric, but these completely avoid that issue. They feel smooth in use and comfortable in hand. I was hesitant about the price at first, but after using them, I get it, the design, functionality, and build quality really justify the cost. They’re not flashy, but they definitely add a premium je ne sais quoi to your home gym.

I own the 5000 series version of these leg rollers, so my experience might not fully reflect the 4000 series version. The build quality is honestly the saving grace of this product. The materials feel nice, the foam is dense, the vinyl is grippy, and overall it looks well made. Unfortunately, the performance suffers because of the pin REP uses as the locking mechanism. It just doesn’t work very well and constantly comes undone. That wouldn’t be as big of an issue if the roller itself didn’t also have so much slop once attached to the rack. Between the looseness and the pin backing out, the rollers don’t always feel particularly secure during use. It does look like REP Fitness now offers a screw-and-nut version, which honestly seems like it would solve most of these problems. With that said, I probably wouldn’t buy these new, maybe used if you find a great Facebook Marketplace deal or someone practically gives them to you. There are better alternatives out there, and I’d probably go with one of those instead.
