My first bench was the cheapest, tiniest thing you can imagine from Amazon. It taught me what I didn't want in a bench! This one has a nice thick pad, and has a tall backrest, which is much better for me as I do a lot of chest supported dumbbell exercises. I don't use the leg thing at all - immediately tucked it in the back of a shelf. But I do like the arm supports for curls - they work well. I'm really happy with this bench for the cost.

I can only compare this to one other that I had, and that one was thin and short. I like the length and plushness of this one.

These are fantastic. I debated between these, and the magnets that go on the outside ends, but opted not to add length to my dumbbells. Plus, I have room on the handles for these, so works out great. I suppose if you have giant hands, these might not be the best option for you.

Feels awesome, looks slick. I have the black bar with gold ends. It is my only bar and all I know, so to me, it's perfect.

I have nothing else to compare them to, so to me, they're perfect! I like the hex shape so they don't roll around.

I love this machine. I have a herniated disc in my lower back, so bent over rows were impossible. Instead, I would use my incline bench and do chest supported rows, but carrying the dumbbells and getting into position was difficult. Got this machine for $250 (post-Black Friday deal), and it has exceeded my expectations. I opted not to install the springs (and added my own rubber washers), to increase the range of motion. Totally worth all the space it takes up. Zero back pain, and easy to use. I use neutral grip handles for an added grip (see YouTuber Kinzi - @KpexHomeGymLab - for the review that sold me on the machine, plus she shows the neutral grip handles).

The more I use them, the less I like them. I mostly use them for cable tricep kickbacks. I think my issue is they are too long for my hands. In watching YouTube reviews by people who really love these, the cable end is pretty much right at the top of their hand. Not on mine - the bar sticks out past my hand, making things awkward on my wrist. I recently bought the Darko Danglers to see if they feel better for the movement.
