Really nice plates for machines and general fitness stuff but like Keith mentioned they are absolutely terrible to deadlift with. Easy to grip but don't look nice on a bar IMO.

I used these for many years at a lifetime fitness. These are absolutely fantastic dumbbells. Varied grip diameter for different weights. I like the the Hex type design over pure round urethanes.

This is my favorite standing chest press that I have ever used. Elite strength curve heaviest in the start and very overall humbling. A lot of the other standing chest presses I feel are to narrow. This is built for bigger bodies I love it. Love Love Love.

This is one of my favorite arsenal machines. IMO to many companies overthink shoulder machines. This one allows you to go heavy and feel very secure against the pad. I like different handle options and the handles are knurled as well. I like how you can adjust the start ROM as well and be able to use unilateral abilities. Foot assist would be amazing on this.

This is probably the most frequent seated calf raise you will see in commercial gyms. Nice adjustments to fit a variety of heights. Nice raised calf block allows you get a very nice stretch. For seated calf raises this is really simple but its hard to beat.

So robust and overbuilt. The price tag is high but the amount you can do with it compared to other belt squats really increases the value IMO. If you do not have any dedicated cable systems this can really add a lot to your training.

The build quality is overall high but the pad is atrocious on this. Rogue needs to do away with the textured foam pads. I used this well over a year as my primary bench and it was fine but thats the best word for it. I desperately wanted a better pad and a tripod design to have more room for my feet so I upgraded to the monster utility bench

A very good piece but one that is slightly overrated imo. I don’t think that variable resistance adds much to this movement. I like several other brands lateral raise much better.
