The Rogue kettlebells are fine, picked a lot of them up secondhand and have been able to put together a pretty good set. Buy them when Rogue is doing hundo pricing if purchasing new. They've been left outdoors for years and are still in great shape, a little surface rust but nothing out of the normal wear and tear. Kettlebell Kings might offer better prices. Kettlebells are normally something I tell people to get that want to get in shape, but don't have a history of being in a gym and no intentions of getting into powerlifting or strongman. They're a handy tool to have that falls in and out of favor depending on what we are training for.

I can't believe I'm admitting that I own anything Bowflex, but here I am, telling complete strangers...on the internet. First of all, they were a great deal and fixed dumbbells cost a small fortune and take up real estate. They're not very useful for pullovers, skullcrushers, contracting your pecs at the top of a press or much of anything really since the frame is the same size for any weight that's selected. The handles suck, you can't even call it knurling on them. I guess they're good for curls, but we only use them for lateral raises since curls are strictly forbidden at our gym. They've survived being left outdoors for over 5 years, including two major hurricanes, so that says something I guess. Don't pay full price for these, get Reppins or something similiar.

These balls feel good in your hands. Everyone that sees my balls comments on how nice they are, and can't seem to resist grabbing them. My wife refuses to play with them...clean regularly. Probably the most used attachment when people come to the gym for the first time, adds a nice challenge to pullups.

It looks great, is well built, easy to move and rotates freely. A landmine attachment seems like a no-brainer when building out a home gym, this is the 2nd landmine attachment I've HAD to have since upgrading racks. No complaints, other than it never gets used as much as intended.

They're great for some movements, and not as great for others. Walking out an SSB when being the shortest lifter can be an issue, because the edges are square the camber of the bar likes to hit them. Would recommend having as long as there are other style jcups available. Great for pressing and squats with a straight bar, not as great on camber bars and short people lifting with giants (anyone over 5'9"). They look great as well.

We got them to use for pressing. They've been great for unracking a bar and having shoulder issues. We haven't used them for squats, walkouts are still preferred. The only issue is getting used to racking the bar, there isn't much there to hang the bar on when they're retracted. You get used to it, but it's not as easy as throwing the bar against jcups.

This is the third bench in our gym, after coming from a Titan adj bench that had a pretty gnarly wobble, this thing is awesome. It’s solid, heavy, but easy to move around. When the time comes to replace our second bench(Titan), this will be purchased again.

Like others have said before me, it’s the #1 gym addition to get strong, and stay strong. Having a certified gym has made my life complete, I had no idea how much I was missing out on. I’ve even updated my resume to include that I own a certified training facility. You can’t afford not to.
