A member made our log out of 12" pipe. Until doing competitions it was the only one I had ever used, so wasn't sure if ours was good or bad. I can only compare it to a Pitbull 12", and the only difference I could tell was the tape used on the Pitbull to make the clean easier, even the weight was the same. Hands down everyone's favorite implement to use, it leaves a bruise on your arms from cleaning it, but it's strongman, deal with it. I've added tape to the center of our log now that I know what I've been missing. My guy gets 5 stars.

Great quality as with most things Rogue. The only complaint is lack of a place to step up, but that's probably because a Rep GHD is beside it. The adjustment system for the footplate is a much better design than Rep's for our application.

It was an upgrade from the original adjustable bench we had, but it didn't take long to upgrade the upgrade. It looked great after putting it together, and that's where the "good" ends. The feet aren't flat, so there is a constant wobble. The system used adjust it isn't very stable either, making it impossible to know which foot is the bent one, even when the pad is set flat. It's our secondary bench in our gym, a Rep adjustable is the main bench now. It is the go-to bench when we hang kettlebells off a bar with bands to make a poor man's earthquake bar because of the added instability. It's giving our Reverse Hyper a run for it's money as most popular piece to store your stuff on. Titan did a great job selling us a Rep bench. This will be replaced as soon as the wood on the back pad finishes rotting enough to make it truly unusable. Save your $ and buy a Rep bench in your first go.

Great option to test your grip. It's pretty humbling if you've been using a Rolling Thunder, axle bar or pinch blocks and think your grip is up to snuff. Great addition to grip gauntlets.

Great upgrade for belt squats compared to what Rogue includes with their Rhino. Fits short/smaller people better and doesn’t dig into your hips.

Got a lot more use than I expected out of this. It feels great on facepulls, tricep work and use it for chest supported rows on a Rhino/cable. I guess you can use it for abs too, but no thank you it's all about the powerbelly here abs are for kids.

Drink safety has been an afterthought for far too long in gyms worldwide. The guys at Massenomics came up with one of the best rack attachments in the long, rich history of rack attachments. What began as a drink spotter that took up one of the holes on your rack turned into a drink spotter that you could simply stick to any piece of equipment in your gym. Not one(s) to rest on their laurels, they improved their already near perfect design. A bigger drink spotter to keep up with the times of white women drinking out of the largest, most overpriced cups they can find. The home gym community thanks you, Tommy & Tanner, you guys are visionaries.

It works as intended, the knob that breaks off isn't that important to begin with. We got this for free, and use it sparingly compared to other overhead variations that don't take as long to set up. I believe it weighs 30-35lb empty, including the barbell it's attached to. It's handy to have if a comp is coming that has Viking Press in it, but haven't crossed that bridge yet.
