This bar and I have a weird relationship. I absolutely love it when I’m not using it. It makes squats and goodmornings suck more, but in a good way. It does what it’s supposed to do, help build your upper back while you squat. If your ego can take the hit of having to go a little lighter, it’s an amazing tool. Wish I would’ve gotten the Elitefts version just to throw Dave Tate some love, but no complaints otherwise.
