If you want to feel like a man reverse band box squatting 290lbs with chains, get this bar. I don’t think it’s legal to free squat with this bar. Make sure you load it with 25lb bumpers so it looks like you have a 405+ squat. This is the GOAT for heavy goodmornings, something about the weight being able to swing forward makes that movement so much better feeling. It does feel great on squats, and is in heavy rotation with SSB and Duffalo style bars. Get an extra set of jcups or darko anchors for storage. Getting this bar in and out of the rack is the worst part.

Titan just slapped the shipping label on this bad boy and said, “Good enough.” The delivery driver and I had a good laugh about it. I loaded it up with some plates, yelled something that I hoped sounded Icelandic and off we went. It could be wider/deeper. You can only load it up so much with plates. It does its intended purpose, and is a fun break from other carries. Wouldn’t recommend this being your first implement for carries, get sandbags or farmers handles before letting the Hus loose.

Doubles as a squat stand, takes a beating, and has been left outside…a lot. Y2 is the way to go, Y1 is too short for most to take advantage of using as a squat stand. 100% would buy again if starting from scratch, just add spotter arms and you’re good to go.. Almost can’t afford not to.

One of the best additions to our gym. Went back and forth for a long time before finding one that was affordable. Incredibly overbuilt and versatile. Weighted dips, pull-ups, chest supported row, deficit deads, zercher squats etc. Add some spotter arms or straps to really have fun exploring what exercises are possible in it…we also still skip leg day

Great option for a budget pulldown machine. Have left mine outside for the last 6 years, is missing one bolt on the top crossmember (our fault), still going strong with the help of a little WD40. Has a little wobble when you get going to fast with it, but that extra bolt would probably fix it.

Having a Rogue Monster rack has been my ultimate goal when building a gym. Parted it together through marketplace and has turned into a RM8 with an extra squat/bench station off to the side w/ 70” crossmembers. Really happy with how this has evolved, it’s rock solid and can effectively have 3 people using it. It’s the centerpiece of getting strong and staying strong.
