This thing is freaking awesome! I use it for UDL's, kettlebell swings, duck walks, and power stairs. I used to use it for dinnie stone lifts with the ringed handle attachment for it but I've replaced that with loading pins and dinnie rings. It is heavy and built to last. If you're not doing UDL's then you should give them a try. I'd buy it again and would highly recommend it!!

These are really really fat grips. They make things harder to hold. They also make pullups suck really bad. I like them but I'd rank them as the third best fat grip because they make everything dreadful.

These are slightly less fat - fat grips. You can use these to build your grip or make pressing exercises feel more comfortable. They are small and cheap and hold up well over time.

These are fat grips. They are cool and blue and you can use them sometimes when you're bored. I like them. They are small and cheap but hold up well over time.

I've had these forever and I've abused them for a while. They are holding up well. I gave them 4 stars for each category because I don't think they are very necessary since it is a relatively easy exercise to replicate with a trap bar/dumbbells. The value is okay and they aren't too big/heavy so they are easy enough to store and maneuver. One of my bigger complaints is that you need 4 specialty collars and 4 of each plate to add anything onto these evenly. Oh and suitcase carries are awesome so use these for those.

I think that this is my only piece of Kensui equipment. It is comfortable and affordable. I like that it doesn't take up much space which is perfect because I don't use it often but I like having it available for use.

It's a Titan product. It gets the job done. It is sturdy and safe. I've had no real issues with it and have recommended it to friends. From what I remember, the instructions were absolutely useless but it is figure-out-able. I like it as a starter bench but I think I'd rather save up the money for a Rep Nighthawk next time for the attachment port.

I've bought a bunch of brands of these before and I've only had one burst and one that was a crazy size. I've owned 10,20,25,30,40,50,60,and 100 pound versions of them. They tend to be slippy when they arrive and deflate over time but a bike pump makes them good as new. I think it is an underrated piece of gym equipment and I'm guessing that they all come from the same factory in China if I didn't know any better....I recommend buying any of them but I'd personally shop around.
