I briefly owned the light duty squat stand pictured. Used it as a secondary rack briefly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you lifting just the bar. I did squat 3 plates out of it but the re rack was very sketch.

I have used a handful of different custom or diy farmers handles and I’d say asking at they are top loadable you are good to go.

The original phone tripod, great quality blocks for board pressing but this type of of board requires a training partner.

I have used these a bit back in my commercial training days when I was working with a personal trainer. The are ok and do what they are supposed to do but make sure heh are locked into place or you will bust your ass

Grip plates are nice but hex plates like this are useless on deadlifts. Fine for squat and bench but definitely dangerous to deadlift with them.

Nothing fancy, not the best feel of knurling, the cap ones I used to own were hex bolt end sleeves. Better options available.

Used one of these several times in a commercial gym while working with a personal trainer year’s ago. I didn’t find it all that useful but more of a fad product. I did like using it for some stability training on my bum ankle

Used these at LA fitness for several years, true commercial grade dumbbells. The seems to have held up for several years with no issues from my time there.
