I really like these on machines, as they slide a little better and don’t get chewed up as much. Use them on my elitefts leg extension/leg curl as recommended by Basement Brandon. Nice quality of life upgrade over regular mini bands.

Nice versatile piece of equipment to have in your gym. I use mine to turn my incline into something of an arched incline bench without having to drop 1600 bucks or more, while still having the option of a regular incline. Had to remove and replace some of the upholstery staples fairly early on, but no big deal.

I know there are a plethora of velocity tools on the market now. I’ve been using tendo units for the better part of 20yrs. The fact that there is no subscription and that they are pretty robust all things considered has them as my preferred option. They have a large display, last a long time, don’t require an app on your phone or iPad, and have options for mats to keep the unit safe when performing Olympic lifts. Admittedly I cannot compare them to every vbt tool out there, but I have used a fair number and I keep coming back to the tendo. Cost compared to something like an ovr has me ding the value.

Had mine for around 8 years with no issues. Far superior to the old spring clip style, however they are more expensive.

Nice stable beefy single leg squat stand. Far more comfortable than putting your foot on a bench behind you. Perform Better is a great resource for stuff like this.

I find this to be one of, if not the, best chest presses ever. I tried it at a gym in Hawaii and was amazed at how it felt. Incredibly smooth, great strength curve, good for high and low reps, lots of adjustability. For the question of value… it’s worth it to me, but I certainly wouldn’t say it was a smart financial move. If you get a chance, try it out.

Nice way to micro load for training to hit a deep dish hub lift. Pretty slick finish, harder in my opinion than doing a hub with a 45lber, so a good training tool. Finish will chip against the loading horn when you drop it or it slips out of your hand.

Some of the COC grippers I have are north of 20yrs and still get the job done. I’m sure there are cheaper options but if you get these you can be sure you are getting a gripper that will last.
