Overbuilt and unnecessary and expensive….but it sure does make the rack look premium!! Really “pops” in any color

From purely looking at the rack and its specs the R-3 is hard to beat from a price/value standpoint. This rack will hold up to 99.9% of people’s strength levels. The fully welded side pieces make it super sturdy. Small footprint with 2x3 design that I love (makes it slightly narrower decreasing the chances of hitting the uprights unracking). No frills and I love it. The only consideration where it would take a hit is rogues 2x3 infinity line ecosystem of attachments is limit (as are with other companies). If having a lot of attachments is paramount you might want to upgrade to a 3x3 rack (5/8 or 1” hardware).

Snagged a Black Friday exclusive version of this bar with the black zinc sleeves . Stay away from black zinc sleeves on any bar as they will get marred up & look horrible. (Standard rogue 2.0 bar has chrome sleeves which is much better). Great bar for OHP, cleans and other movements where a center knurl would be a hinderance but works well for all the powerlifts for those who don’t mind a passive knurling

Got this bar before it was discontinued when Rep came out with their new line of barbells. Stainless steel with an aggressive knurling. If one pops up on fb marketplace I would highly recommend!

Great bar! I’m an OPB guy, I think they are a super high quality bar at a reasonable price. I like the black zinc finish look and it has held up decently to steady use. Plenty aggressive knurling for most people and this bar is common in USAPL meets. I think the 45 lb bar with the wider collars is the better bar/value. Cheaper by ~$50 and you won’t bang the uprights when you walk it out (if your walk out sucks like mine)

Solid flat bench for accessories! The pad and vinyl have held up well over years of use. Not great for heavy benching with the dual post design. I would go with the rep flat bench over this in a heartbeat

Great (yet brutal) piece of conditioning equipment! Powder coat has chip over time but that is purely cosmetic. Simple and takes up little storage space with the poles removed. Note: Titan fitness UHMW skids holes did not line up with the existing holes so I had to drill into the base plate for them to work.

Really solid budget piece to be able to do two common commercial gym movements. (Also can adjust the leg roller to use for Bulgarian split squats). Small enough footprint to work in most home gyms. Quick and easy to swap between movements and doesn’t take a ton of weight to get a good stimulus. Some issues include the strength curve (tension at the bottom is non existent- which can be fixed with bands) and some deflection of the leg roller. Build quality is what you expect from Titans mid tier piece. Not great but good enough especially for a home gym. Would recommended! (Also I see a lot of these of marketplace for a good price)
