I have the 15lb and the 20lb versions of this mace. They're very satisfying to touch, but also they're one of the least used pieces of equipment I own. Rogue's dumbbell urethane bumpers have a cutout to sit completely flush with the end of the mace, which is cool and helps it stand upright.

Compared to the more common Amazon style of gripper, this thing uses an actual load cell and a metal construction so the handle doesn't move or flex at all when giving it a tug.

Not only is this thing a well made replacement for standard grippers, it actually works better because the movement is more linear compared to the coil spring of a regular gripper that results in a bit of a twisting motion. The high end goes up to a level that feels to be between an Iron Mind 2.5 and a 3.

This CDB has held up to some terrible drops and hasn't bent yet. The inner corner is very sharp so I have to use some sort of rigid forearm protection to not bruise my bones. The sleeves are standard pipe so you'll need axle collars or Husker Powerlocks.

I like these little 10lb urethane plates just as general use change plates. They get used more for standard barbell movements and on my plate loaded cable tower than they do for the intended dumbbell loading. They're also nice for loading in a circus dumbbell.

I went with this trap bar because my storage space is limited and this bar is available in a configuration that is a foot shorter than the standard bar. It's advertised as not being rackable but you could push out the plates with a second set of collars to still rack it. You are technically paying more money for less features compared to the standard REP trap bar.

These are the weights that my gym started with, and I wasn't sad to see them go. They feel gross, they look ugly, but they do weigh a weight.

The donut and pizza plates add just a little bit of whimsy and fun to every workout, and that's what being a silly goose is all about. Also they feel nice, and all the colored details are actually molded in, and they have a nice steel competition style inner collar.
