Use this guy for support during stretching 90/90s for lower body it’s a yoga block and a book shelf holder does the job

Brings a rough surface to really dig in, this is my last resort if I can’t roll out with my smooth one

Got these for my wife to have an easier locking mechanism seems to do the trick and the pink really pops

These are good bags and have lasted and haven’t ripped easy to fill

I use these along with the REP ones they are well built and I use them on the REP racks no problem been taking full abuse for 5 years
