A piece of pvc pipe I use for shoulder dislocations before benching 3 times a week it’s sweet

Works great for seal rows and strict curl back wall heavy as hell not for small people

I feel like it ended up being a waste of money and a baby crutch for weaknesses that just needed to have more work so it hangs in my closet and I fixed my posture the hard way

I use this on my old leg extension curl to get 5 pound increments I have used it on an old functional trainer just make sure to lock the plate on it if you are horsecocking ask me how I figured that out

I didn’t buy this but used it at REP showroom it is thick and my daughter wouldn’t stop playing with it otherwise I would of never touched the thing would be a fun dodgeball

Works great to keep the smith on the front of the PR 5000 and have the inside to powerlift out of

I got this to go with the utility bench I am glad it screws in as I mount it vertically on my rack as padding for strict curls

This guy is bad it installs easy and and smooothhh, when dropped is quiet and feels like butter smooth.
