These are a great alternative to fat grips but obviously if you want to have an angled grip. These work great on bench as the help you keep your elbows tucked in properly

Chances are if you've used this you're a pretty hardcore powerlifter that has been around a long time. Could use some spotter arms though but I know thats a newer bench thing

This will be my next big purchase for my home gym. If it works the way I think it will, I'll be able to do leg extensions lying completely flat which will be amazing for a quad stretch

This is essentially the same one as the EliteFTS one I've used since WS makes EFTS equipment. Its definitely a heavy duty back extension and the band pegs are a nice touch, but its quite low to the ground which makes it challenging to do weighted stuff that I like to do, such as extensions holding a barbell like a deadlift, or holding plates. It was a pain having to jack up the machine with deadlift mats and blocks to make it higher

Have to watch what I say so I don't get sued here, these plates are white underwhelming. The paint color doesn't really stand out much. They just sort of look like a cheap off brand version of Kilo's

The handles on this are a great touch. I will always prefer this style of hands free belt squats for the type of training you can do if space isn't an issue

Again, I am an EliteFTS fan boy but come on guys you don't need weight storage on a calf raise machine

Definitely a great addition to a commercial gym, but if you have a bunch of specialty bars in the it becomes like solving a rubics cube to get one out
