I needed some fractional plates for my circus dumbbell but my set had too tight of a tolerance to fit. Received advice to try out 2” washers so I picked up 4 of them at the local tractor supply store. They worked great and it allows me to add around 4 lbs, (around a 1/2lb each) which we all know makes a difference on an overhead press while you’re learning.

I purchased a flexible plastic bowl and screwed it to the wall above my trash can for an easy and super affordable chalk bowl. It was an easy but great addition to the gym. Much better than a ziploc bag or container.

Needed something to train for the wagon wheel pull at LHLE 3 and ended up making these with leftover scraps from the garage. A few pieces of 2x4 and plywood plus a cut up door mat and boom, had myself some 4” blocks. I would personally love to buy some tiles but they are so darn expensive so if you need to save some money this is the way to go.

Great piece of equipment for working through a sticking point like mine, which is right off the chest. Helps to overload the bench and feel a bit more weight in your hands than you can do without it. Decent quality, maybe a tab expensive.

These were a Covid purchase for the days I was lifting in a carpeted basement with little to no equipment. They work great for adding in challenging body weight exercises but unfortunately if you don’t have turf or carpet, they’re kind of useless. If you do have that, definitely an extremely affordable way to add a little difficulty.
