This bench is a bit of a mixed bag for me. I own another bench which also has some compromises so I’ll explain. First off the quality for price is very good IMHO for a brand known for building top tier benches. What I like is the excellent and grippy padding. The knurled handles, also the weight of the bench for movement and the wheels are also good although slightly small. Also the bench is very stable in use. Some of the negatives of the bench are fewer adjustment angles, slightly shorter than my other bench regarding back pad. The subpar seat adjustment angle when going to decline mode for attaching the leg roller. I’d say it’s a bench that will serve an athlete under 6’0” tall perfectly fine that wants a premium feel and look but just know the rest of the competition is catching up and for less money. If your a rep fan and your wife or smaller athletes move the bench around it’s a great choice but just know there are better options for comparable price or less.

Darko Lifting Tiny Bar is an amazing attachment. Price and build quality are stellar and its size and attachment options make it very versatile. Being able to attach handles as well as a Landmine shows how well thought out Darko products are. Any type of movement where you want that narrow path is where the tiny bar excels. It’s light weight and easy to take on the road as well if you also spend time traveling or want to take to a commercial gym. Darko uses the highest quality materials and so many options regarding color. Support a made in the USA small manufacturer like Darko and give the tiny bar a spot in your gym.

A new Skierg King 👑 has arrived. S Tier in every way possible. The Rogue Echo Ski is flawless in build, design and function. Built to handle the rigors of HIIT training the Echo Ski improves on the C2 ski erg with a better chassis, Turf tires, repositioned damper lever for adjustment while skiing if needed. A great power monitor and device holder that tracks every meter and watt to the T. The handles and cord feel and look great and I purchased the Rack mountable versions which is very space saving and easy to mount if you don’t wanna have a platform. All 10 damper settings seem to really have a defined exertion feel which is exactly what you’d want depending on workout goal. If high cadence is what you’d want then level 1-4, 5-7 work well mid range pulling and and 8-10 going for pure power output for those 500m efforts.

I love my Raptor Air Bike. Built stout and with quality materials throughout. Belt drive is a must have to minimize maintenance and keep running consistently. Lots of adjustability for various body sizes from short to tall athletes and very good adjustment with saddle for and aft. Handles feel solid but it would be nice to have another grip option. Fan deflector is included but I’m likely going to remove because I like the airflow cooling me down. Also a huge plus are the turf tires and rear handle which allows the user to move the bike around although it’s very heavy and awkward regarding balance once on the turf tires if any turning is required. The only negatives I’ve found is the power monitor is below par IMHO compared to something like the Rogue, Assault or C2 bike and the bottle cage is cheap and not very refined. Also no place for a smartphone. The seat is wide and comfortable for HIIT work where you don’t need a contoured saddle like a real bicycle. Overall if you can find the Raptor with a 20% or more discount I’d recommend as it’s a durable and dependable pain machine.

S tier Sandwich J cups. Built to the highest standard and fit and finish are flawless. Nice and snug fit on my Rogue Monster rack and the rear pin hole for added security is a nice touch although not needed since the Bremmy cups stay put. UHMW used is very high quality and these Jcups add nice style with Bremmy branding.

Not much negative to say about the Rogue Monster 2.0 Power Rack. Build Quality is legendary. Excellent powder coating and machining is flawless. All the 1” fasteners were machined perfectly and laser numbering done properly. Fit and balance is also stellar with no unevenness assuming you’ve had a level floor at which point you could shim if necessary. I’m a big fan of the 49” width that Rogue uses as I personally prefer to have the extra spacing compared to Rep. the modularity for building The Monster line of uprights and crossmembers is almost limitless so depending on space and needs you can really fine tune your setup. I’m currently using my RM6 as a 4 post with side wings for plate storage and I can bench inside the rack and still not contact the power bar with plate storage. Highly recommended the RM line. One note is I’d skip the Nameplate and instead get a crossmember with hole spacing. Way more versatile.

Rogue Indy Landmine/Tbar platform is a well made and functional way to program various movements into your routine. I use this platform primarily for deficit Landmine Back row work with various attachments to help target growth depending on attachment angle and width. It’s much easier loading weight on the bar and also foot placement and getting a nice stretch for full ROM. Platform is built to Rogue standards and is extremely heavy but you want stability first and foremost. I also use this with my Volta for Belt Squat work off the mini foot with a weight plate peg. I’d say it’s not a must have piece unless you really use the Landmine and I’d definitely suggest getting the wheel kit for moving around. Price is high but the quality warrants the expense if you’ll use it weekly.

The best dip attachment made. Made to the highest standards and the fit and finish are impeccable. Here’s the thing, it’s a dip attachment so it does 1 thing really well. With that being said it does give just enough adjustment having the 3 positions for handle placement to be S tier. The feel of the stainless steel 18” handles is incredible and the UDA can even flip upright for a better storage solution along with a bungee cord to hold in place. If you want to splurge for yourself I highly recommend.
