These Handles are the most versatile handle you can currently buy. Globo grip balls in 2 sizes, threaded for attaching to MM/Darko/Rogue Arc attachments. Also can be used as handles for Hatfields or stability while belt squatting. Darko nuts can be added for attaching through rack holes. I use these handles for pull-ups working on grip, Lat pulldown and Landmine just to enhance grip work.

Darko Lifting Horn Hubs are absolutely a must have for power rack storage for fractional plates and various other lower weight plates. Designed and engineered to handle up to 100# with the Darko style utilizing color choices. The horns themselves are printed with logos annd a durable material and fit 2” plates nice and snug. Darko even designed a slight angle up on the horns to keep plates from sliding off. Also the security tabs on the sides of the mounting bracket have TPU protection to keep the rack from being scratched. A few other cool options available to attach lifting belts or resistance bands make the Horn Hub a versatile and smart rack mounting system

Rogue has really nailed the quality and functionality of the 2025 released attachments. The e-coat give the curl bar a nice finish with a semi passive Knurl which is okay for me used as a curl or Lat pull down attachment. The bar diameter is 28.5 which is just right for myself and family. Also the bends are perfect for finding that ideal grip and angle. I use this bar for Voltra Curls, Voltra Lat Pulldown and skullcrusher hybrid pulls. Only negative is the bar is somewhat heavy but it’s built well with a good rotation.

This is a very nice compact open trap bar that excels at saving space and aiding in ease of plate loading. Other things like deadlifts, Farmers carries and shrugs are all easy and safe with this bar. My 15 year old son uses this bar 2 times weekly. Sleeves are nice and quality is on par with price paid during a sale in 2024. Also the handle position is lacking any kind of sufficient Knurl but not really needed for this type of of bar IMHO. Start weight is 47 pounds.

I have 5 different pairs of the MM/Rogue handles and I love them all. x1 18” SS, x1 18” steel black oxide, x3 pairs aluminum handles in 12”, 8” and 5” colors and those are my favorites. The Stainless Steel feel great with very nice Knurling for my Dips, the 18” steel black are for pull-ups and the x3 pairs of aluminum are used with Arc attachments for different push/pull movements. Handles with the Rogue knurled nuts are so good for different tasks like handles for squat support.

Rogue Monster Fat pull-up bar. Nice powder coat and texture. Definitely an adjustment for anyone with smaller hands but will help grip strength. Not much more to say as it’s primarily job besides pull-ups is to give the power rack stability and rigidity and can also attach various items like ab straps.

Another Rogue S-Tier attachment. The build quality for this close grip attachment of impressive with the feel of the lightweight aluminum handles and mid Knurl feeling very good for higher rep counts where the hands may get chewed up with a more aggressive Knurl. Also the ability to have 3 hand positions with just a turn or flip of the attachment makes it very versatile. Also great ROM since it’s compact. Also the overall weight is low but built very sturdy with its chassis.i really love the supinated and pronated the most for seated rows.

D-Nade handles are a stellar and versatile. The numerous mounting holes and the grippy TPU Knurl keep the D-Nades capable of being used for several different pull variations and angles. They are lightweight and the open nature make them easy to grab and start the set. Lots of color options and easy to pack in a suitcase or gym bag for use traveling I highly recommended. Only possible upgrade would be lack of swiveling but that’s maybe a future product.
