This is one of the more overrated Rogue items I’ve bought as most have been very good. Firstly it’s overpriced IMHO and very heavy to move. Also the padding is very firm which normally I like but the texture is unique so not the most comfortable. Also the ladder adjustment is very noisy. On the plus side build quality is very high and it’s built like a tank. It’s also very stable and plenty of room to find a good supportive spot to anchor your back. Overall I wouldn’t buy again but this bench stays for all my Rack lifts and my Nighthawk is used for Dumbells and everything else.

I absolutely love these Rogue V2 Monolifts I use them primarily for Bench Press inside my Monster rack and they allow me to unrack and immediately start my pressing. Saves my shoulders and allows more spacing away from my plate storage. Built to high standards I highly recommend these. Can also lock out and use like a standard J-cup. Excellent barbell protection with the UHMW protection.

Very nice single leg roller. I bought x2 and the injection molded padding feels great and is very durable. Also the vinyl cover is a nice quality and I chose gray for color. These rollers do rotate and spin somewhat easy but that can be a bonus depending on what exercise your doing. The actual 1” peg post is very sturdy and it includes a threaded plastic nut to snug tight to the rack upright. I can mount two of these on the inside of my rogue rack and they fit side by side without having to struggle angling them so very good for Leg hold down when doing things like lat pull down. Also nice for split squats.

S-Tier attachment from made in the USA Darko Lifting. This bar is so damn good for a variety of movements which allow for multiple handle positions for narrow through semi wide posture. Also has a machined UHMW liner for Landmine work and can accept Darko D-Grips which then make it essentially a grip bar instead of attaching handles with carabiner. The bar is also lightweight but built incredibly well with lots of color choices as well as a beautiful Stainless Steel option.

Cheap weight is necessary. Cheap weight allows you to spend more where it counts. I’ve purchased some 45# DD as well as 25,10,5 and 2.5 plates and the 45s look like complete garbage but the other plates asr better visually. I think these are perfectly fine if you don’t want to go higher end / quality or if your buying plates for machines.

High quality Plate storage built durable and easy to fit anywhere in your gym. The wheels and handle make it easy to move and relocate once it’s unloaded and the plate dividers allow for separation of different denominations to keep everything organized. I think it’s overpriced for what you essentially get but it’s a quality piece. I bought through FBMP so paid way less than new.

This is a fantastic turn key single post solution for adding a Volta station too your home gym. The package includes everything you need to mount to a wall and have a single post upright secure and well built. Price is a real value since everything is included. Enough space off the wall to also use for storage on the crossmembers. I have the 90” version that is 3x3 1” holes plus keyholes throughout. Although it’s only 13ga steel the build quality is superb and the black powder coat looks great. Very secure. I have it setup for Voltra, Lat seat and attachments.

This angled crossmember extension does exactly what it’s supposed to do if your looking for more ROM and positioning off of a Power Rack or single post upright. Plenty of adjustment for bolt spacing to fit almost any rack holes dimension and includes mounting hardware although it’s extremely long regarding threading. Build quality is just so so but it’s also just an extension arm so not as structurally important. I’d say 80”-90” rack’s benefit from this extra height. Also allows a rack attachable seat like Rep Adonis or Rougue multi use to mount off the same upright for almost a direct pull path for lat or tricep work.
