S tier attachment. It hits all the marks for what makes a great attachment. Built well, versatile and priced very competitive compared to similar attachments. Knurl and angle of the V-grip feels perfect for me doing both tricep push down and overhead tricep extensions. Also the ability of the V-Grip to rotate is so damn good. This blows away my Rep/Kleva VGrip. Also add style with various anodized colors and the attachment is light enough to easily hang and not pull the weight stack between sets. Attachments like this Rogue piece are what makes this Garage Gym passion so rewarding when it just works so well.

Simple and effective attachment that I use seamlessly shifting through movements. Love the feel and grip these little avocado shaped dangles provide. Perfect for cable accessory movement. I use these for rear delt and single arm lateral reps. Also for overhead tricep press with Voltra and Speediance. I can pack these in my suitcase and use them in hotel and commercial gyms as well. Very versatile and priced just right. Made in the USA by a very cool guy that is also passionate about home gyms.

Reppin Adjustable Dumbells are simply the best adjustable DB’s I’ve used when you factor in Quality, Function and ergonomics. Built to a high standard with a very nice and balanced feel in hand. Both the Knurling and handle diameter are perfect for me. Quick adjustment between weight and the added plates are now above average after Rep updated the security pins to the new design. Size factor is also very usable since they are more compact than most adjustables even at higher weights. I have the 125lb set and only go above 100 for a few movements more lower body focused but these dumbells will grow with me as my own strength increases. I don’t mind the cage either as I find it very well designed and it actually works better for my needs than my prior Trulaps. Only downside’s are the high price point especially because I paid the highest price after the tariff increase and also the plates cradles need to be adjusted for smooth insertion/removal to not get jammed. I’ve been very fortunate with those common complaints.

Very high quality Magnetic Sled. These sleds make resistance training quiet and convenient and can be very effective if you push yourself hard. Build quality is above average and depending on when bought there have been various updates and upgrades for the Tank M1. A big part of performance for these sleds is proper weight distribution to keep the wheels planted on the pushing surface and speed at which you push the sled which dictates the ramping resistance level. The faster the push speed and cadence the more resistance and difficulty. Pushing and pulling are easy with multiple handle grip positions and 2 different pull points off the front. Weight plates can be added to the sled to help keep traction on the tires. Adding weight makes no difference for resistance difficulty. The main issue people have is tire wear for the pneumatic tires and low inflation and not putting in enough effort and speed when pushing on the selected level. Level 3 at 2.5mph and above will result in excellent workouts whether pushing or pulling. Also I highly recommend the airless front tire which gives consistency and performance gains.

Unicorn Rower that honestly doesn’t fail anywhere. Obviously Concept2 is the gold standard and used all over the world for competitive indoor rowing but Rogue has exceeded the C2 Rower in every aspect. Durability and build quality. Storage and ease of movement with the Turf tires. Metrics and Power Monitor which seem spot on and connect to various apps if needed. The amazing adjustable foot straps. Smooth sliding seat and a nice feeling handle. The 10 position damper is very responsive and each adjustment gives resistance that feels consistent with the number. If you’re not buying used for a great price or just want something other than a C2 this is THE rower to invest in. I’ve put about 2 million meters on mine in 16 months and I own 6 different pieces of cardio equipment so I’m not rowing everyday but it’s been flawless.

I’m the Cardio King IMHO for a busy 50+ athlete so I feel I have a good grasp on cardio equipment performance. The Assault Runner Elite is a fantastic piece of equipment when compared to similar manual treadmill options. Build quality is very high with every single part high quality looking, sturdy and smooth running. The actual belt itself and movement is fantastic with very little drag and nice cushioning. Bearings throughout make it smooth running. Curved treadmills are very tricky because they’re not meant for long mileage or walking pace in most instances. HIIT training and speed work are what makes the Assault Runner so good with no need to wait on a motor for change of pace. Literally going for an easy 6mph jog to a 15-20mph Sprint can happen in seconds and safely changing pace is easy once comfortable with the ergonomics of the curve. Also the belt is wide and the side wings give plenty of space to hop off the belt is needed. As far as the power monitor it tracks all the metrics very accurately and will even connect to 3rd party apps via BT like Zwift. Also having a handle on the rear of the runner if you need to move is very handy. For the Price I paid…..low 3k range and to have a quality tread I’d say it’s the best in class at that price point. I know some soon to be released manual treads will come to market that have sled features but if your serious about improving running and explosiveness this is still an S tier pice of equipment.

This 3-1 chest and Shoulder machine is definitely a sleeper pick for adding variety to your home gym. My 15 year old son can safely lift with this piece. I’d say it’s well worth the money for doing all 3 movements above average with plenty of bench angle adjustment as well as hand and grip positions. Also the hydraulic height adjustment with engraved numbers is amazing for quickly setting up the desired ROM. Build quality is just okay for arms and horns but it’s also what keeps the price point affordable. The bench itself has comfortable padding and the range of adjustment from flat to 90 degree works well and is easy to slide with a pop pin for security. Felt weight is excellent and convergence makes this machine give a great stretch throughout each rep. Start weight unloaded is 15.5 lbs per arm. Although the footprint for the machine is wide I think anytime you can get a piece of equipment that fills more than 2 movements well makes it a great choice for any home gym.

Excellent plate loaded leg extension/ curl. Very well built regarding stability and movement path. The sundial adjustment for ROM start point is very good with the ability to fit a range of body sizes if more than one person uses. Padding is very good considering this is semi commercial grade. The loading pin has a 3 position leverage slider where you can fine tune felt load almost seated instead of adding more weight while is a nice feature. Roller padding feels good and is nice quality and moves just enough throughout the extension or curl as to not cause pain on bare skin. Also the for and aft back pad adjustment works well. Changing from Extension to lying curl only takes a few seconds and the hand grips for stability work well. Also has plate storage on the rear. Felt load is above average and unless you’re extremely strong for extensions. It’s definitely not 1 to 1 but strength curve feels even enough. Lying leg curl is a bit more tricky dialing in position but once set feels good but definitely tough throughout the first 1/3 range. Only knocks on the machine were the below average powder coat which had numerous paint flaking areas and changing for Ext to curl you need to wiggle the backrest slightly to lock into place for security but the pin always keeps it put once adjusted.
