Excellent once it finally arrived — worth the wait, but the wait was rough. I actually canceled it after feeling like I was getting scammed but they reached to me within a day of me openly criticizing them on Instagram and one day later I got a shipping notification. After roughly a three-month ordeal getting my AssaultRunner and rower delivered, I can finally review the equipment itself—and fortunately, the equipment has been excellent. The AssaultRunner in particular has quickly become something I use essentially every day. I use it for everything from easy walking while warming up, to light jogging, to full sprints. It is incredibly smooth and much quieter than I expected for a manual treadmill. It feels extremely solid and sturdy underfoot, with none of the instability or cheap feeling you sometimes get from home cardio equipment.

The mount for the Rogue T-bar squat stand fits perfectly and lets me hang the Voltra directly beneath it — in front for rows, or centered for belt squats. Running the 2:1 clip with a pulley on the belt squat belt gets me to roughly 460 lbs from a single Voltra, which exceeds what the unloaded stand can practically anchor anyway without losing stability of the squat stand. Quality is excellent, and shipping and email correspondence with Voltramounts were quick and efficient.

The most versatile thing in my gym relative to cost. I use them for landmine rows off a barbell sleeve, for connecting a second barbell to run Viking presses with the Uclips Viking Press attachment, for hooking a belt squat belt via carabiner, and for hanging a kettlebell for weighted pull-ups. Quality is good, they're inexpensive, and the number of problems they solve per dollar is hard to beat.

Great build quality and the knurling is excellent. Versatile in how they mount — run them as a standard D-handle off the functional trainer carabiners, or connect a single end for unilateral pulling. Very strong value for the price.

Excellent. I have 45s, 25s, 10s, and 2.5s, all urethane-coated, and they're the plates I reach for first. Quality, fit, and finish are all high. They load cleanly, they don't chew up sleeves, and the sound and feel when they seat on the Smith attachment weight horns or on an Alpine bar sleeve is a genuine quality-of-life detail. If you're buying once, buy these.

I didn't understand why barbell quality mattered until I owned a good barbell. The spin is smooth and consistent, and the precision and straightness are immediately noticeable coming from lesser bars. Volcano knurling is well executed — grippy without being aggressive enough to tear you up on higher-rep work. The black chrome finish looks great and has held up. If you're at the point of upgrading from an entry-level bar, this is the jump that's worth making.

Extremely versatile. GHDs, Nordic curls, a wide range of sit-up variations, and a general-purpose stretching and mobility platform. One of my most-used applications is the front ankle bracket as back support for barbell hip thrusts, and I also use it for RDLs where the height adjusts and fine-tunes quickly. Not commercial grade — that's the honest category placement — but the adjustability is fast and the build is solid for a single-user home setup. There's a learning curve of a week or two figuring out which knob does what, after which it's genuinely quick to reconfigure. The one advertised use it doesn't fully deliver is reverse hypers: the lower support crossbeam gets in the way, so you get a workable extension variation but not the flexion portion of the movement. Worth knowing before you buy if hypers are your primary use case.

Quality, installation, and utility are all excellent. Straightforward to install, and it fundamentally changes what a rack can do. My one issue, at roughly two months of ownership: the left-side floating pulley cable twisted severely enough that I had to fully remove both the upper and lower cables. Rotating the handle to counter it was ineffective by that point. Notably, this happened on the side I use less, which makes me suspect the twist was present from installation and tightened under cycling rather than being use-induced. For comparison, I've run a Force USA G15 with a similar floating-pulley design and noticeably thicker cable, and never saw this. Thinner cable makes routing and installation easier, but it's also less torsionally stiff. Suggestion to REP: print a stripe or index line along the cable so owners can spot developing twist and correct it early instead of disassembling the system.
