At $700 plus tax and shipping I have to dock the value rating of this bar. I purchased the stainless shaft with stainless sleeves and optional Rogue Cerakote branding to fit in with my Rogue Cerakote bar collection. It has 5 needle bearings per sleeve (from Germany) and they spin effortlessly like warm butter. There is no center knurling, the bar has a really nice whip and is about 86 1/2” long. It has a much nicer feel than using their Ohio Bar for Snatch and Clean, and Clean and Jerk.

I purchased this bar on FB marketplace on a whim to check out what these bars are all about. Either I’m not appreciating the engagement benefits of this bar/bars designed like this, or have not mastered its unique oscillatory properties. It demands higher core stability and precise timing to maximize power and maybe I didn’t give it enough time? I use this for rapid OHP every once in a while and exceed the recommended weight (without issues). The full size bar might open up additional uses with higher weight capacity and increased exercises? They are too expensive in my opinion with minimal benefit outside of sports related training.

This were a nice pick up. Reasonably and competitively priced. The lighter ones I use for certain abdominal exercises and heavier ones for Tabatas and HIIT. I have had to replace a few after about 4 years (one because the internal sand solidified into a rock, the other two because they completely deflated). So a bit of quality issues that I encountered.

These are designed in such a way that they keep from banging into the side of your leg (like dumbbells and KBs can). They allow for 3 - 45lb bumpers and a regular collar or 4 - 45lb bumpers and a thin spring collar. They arrived all chipped up, like most Titan equipment I have received. They have booger welds, cheap sleeves - but hey who cares, they work! I added some skateboard grip tape around the handles because when sweaty and going heavy, the added grip retention helps me. I got them on sale so I can’t complain too much.

I have a variety of these, they seem to have a consistent build, the knurling is passive but definitely appreciate that it’s present. They have held up for the past 5 years. I have a 1.5 and 2 in my car. There is a .5 increment that doesn’t feel like a .5 jump to me? There seems to be almost no difference between the 2 and the 2.5. I keep them on my gym’s toilet tank so when I need to pinch one off, I am not wasting time and can get in a little grip training 😂. When I’m constipated I’m all over the 2.5 (although I would rate mine a 2.25), when it’s a slider, then the 1.5 suffices.

Another daily driver of mine. This bar accommodates my narrow space (because of an adjacent closet) for incline press off the front of my rack and OHP. It is has a Rogue Ohio bar knurling, mine being in their Cerakote version, rackable, but with about 9” of sleeve length. Sometimes I use it for landmine toes off of Pritchett pad depending on what landmine attachment I am using. Rogue hits home runs with basically any of their bars in my book.

Can’t say enough good things about this bar. Stainless steel 29mm shaft with a nicely aggressive knurl of an Ohio power bar, but in a truncated package. It’s about 68.5” long, which I prefer shorter bars that I use everyday - to more easily maneuver in and out of rack in a tighter space. Its shorter sleeves hold plenty of weight for the daily grind. When going heavier I use a full size bar or just conveniently pull my calibrated ATX plates off of the wall.

I love this curl bar. The bends, for me, are ideal. I purchased the cerakoted version to follow along with all the other Rogue bars that I have on my wall, which are all Cerakoted. The knurling is continuous except for midlife of bar where there is the “Rogue” branding placed. The knurling is an Ohio bar knurling, which is to my liking. Its build quality and performance are top notch. It’s on the expensive side, but I was lucky to get it off of FB Marketplace for 1/2 its retail cost. I can highly recommend this bar in this version. They offer it in a rackable option as well.
