Fantastic product. The build quality and packaging is much better than I expected. This has to be the most versatile attachment/accessory under $100 that you can spend money on. Don't sleep on offset pipe safety movements with these, or the ability to hook any plate sleeve (leg attachment) to a cable stack. It's just a really good product for what it was meant to be.

Purchased about 2 months ago. I use it every session. It's a value piece you can do a lot with. Heavier weight can be an issue with the base of the handle being a little small it can dig into your hands. I wish someone would cone grip the bottom of these attachments. I'm pretty sure the grips are knurled "Alu-minium" sleeves...so it's a little passive for my tastes. Having said all that, it hits it's intended mark. The brand is about multifunctional value. It's hard to beat $100 spent on this and a set of their Uclips. Really hard.

Here's the thing, it'll cut ya soft spots. It's exactly what a curl bar should be in that regard. If your mitts sweat too much for this thing, I'll shake your hand some other time. I will also say, to keep that aggressive knurling, the cerakote is not thick. Mine wore and tarnished some quickly, but seems to have settled and has a little character. If you're picky about that black staying uniform, you may have some issues here.

I wish it were taller. If you keep it clean, lubricated, and don't over tighten it's actually really smooth. The swivel pulleys hit the frame and stop short of true center. So, for 2:1 ratio usage you will need to position slightly off center for best performance. The unscrew pop pin can also ding up the chrome upright if you don't take your time and unscrew it far enough before moving. Check your guide rods for smoothness and your pulleys for burs before you put it together. Probably the most affordable way to add a cable tower or two that work well all in all.

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Padding could be thicker and a few inches longer.

This thing used is one of the best values in the entire home gym space. It's great for warmups, injury rehab, and certain iso exercises. If you add weight and focus on form, the Total Gym can work you. Plus, Chuck.

I can't call it on this bench. I love it, I use it all the time. I also get irrationally frustrated with that "seat", and the amount of innovation left on the table here. It's so easy to use though, it remains in my top 5 benches to recommend.
